Why Dave built this community.
I kept seeing prevention professionals do heroic work in their communities, and so often they were doing it alone. Underfunded, under-supported, and without the clarity or connection they needed to thrive.
I saw a second struggle too. The people who wanted to share their expertise through speaking, training, or consulting had to figure out how to build a sustainable business in a field that isn't designed for entrepreneurs.
I launched Prevention Leaders Network to change that. It's more than a resource hub. It's an ecosystem where prevention professionals at every stage find tools, mentorship, and accountability. A place where collaboration replaces competition, and growth is possible whether you're in your first months on the job or ready for the national stage.
